It’s another gorgeous Christmas card and it’s onlyJuly…woot woot! You know you want to get started and I’m here to give you a little something to think about. These stars are so easy and you can cut out a bunch and then use your Score Board to create the star in 3-D. See how to make it in the video below.
My Star Bright card today is for the Stamp Ink Paper Card Challenge #5 and I’m tellin’ ya, this card has officially started my Christmas in July beginning last week. LoL…I posted a Christmas card last week and it’s funny now because I just learned to make this star and I’m in love. You can guess what I’ll be making my local family and friends. The one’s I mail will be different, but I’ll save that one for later.
MAGGIE MADE TIPS:
- Hiding Place. Just in case you were wondering how I adhered the star to the card stock, I stacked five Stampin’ Dimensionals in the middle of the star and played it in the center of the real red card stock. I used a retired embellishment and placed it on top so that the dimensional can’t be seen. Pretty nifty right!? LoL
- How To Make The Star. You know me, I don’t like to re-create the wheel, so I did all the research for you and found an easy to follow Youtube video that shows you how to make the cool 3-D star. You can see it here.
