Spring Butterfly with Pals Paper Arts

Butterfly

I love butterflies and I especially love butterfly rubber stamps and die-cuts.  I really don’t think I own enough of them, but I wanted to use it since there are so many sets I haven’t used in a while.  It also fit this week Pals Paper Arts sketch challenge perfectly.  How could you go wrong with any shape?

Pals Paper Arts Card Sketch

When I first saw the sketch I couldn’t tell if it was a 5″ x 5″ or an A2 size (4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″), so I made an executive decision and made mine a 5″ x 5″.  I don’t make cards that size very often and it worked out perfectly!

Maggie Made Tips:

  • Embellishments replace stamp.  The butter fly stamp comes with the body of the butterfly that normally is stamped in-between the wings.  However, I’m not normal, if you haven’t got that by now (LOL) and I replaced the image with Basic Rhinestones.  I like it because it just gives it a different look.
