Since joining Stampin’ Up! (SU) and the birth of my blog my card making skills have nearly quadrippled and yet have so much more to learn. When I joined I became a part of a greater group of men and women who enjoy paper crafting as much as I do. There are thousands of blogs and websites that teach you through pictures and video how to do a certain technique or special folds. This fold I have seen many times again and again, but had only tried it once. I gave it another shot… I must toot my own horn because although I feared this pattern, it came out so pretty!
Mata-’bout Paper Hint: When folding a trifold card, the closure may not want to stay because of the thickness of the paper. To prevent it from coming open use a very small strip of reusable tape. It will stay down and not create a permanent hold. It does not damage the paper and can be opened & closed over and over agin.
Time is running out… you have until March 31st to steal the starter kit at $125! Join my team of hobby stampers and enjoy a permanent 20% off on ALL your supplies. That is what appealed to me and I’m lovin’ it! I have NO committment to ever buy anything again or even make sales or recruit, but I love paper so much and SU has the best products on the market. I wouldn’t share it if I didn’t believe it or experience it first hand. The only reason I created this blog was to share the benefits and joy that come with a paper hobby. My only regret is not having asked my friend Jennifer more about SU when she told me she was a demonstrator. I had never heard of SU and the great people and products that are out here. =) Like my upline, Mary Fish, says, “take SU out for a test drive!” You won’t regret it!
