I'm a Graphic Art Designer and Greeting Card Maker. It's a form of therapy and I love what I do, so I never have to work a day in my life. It's my win-win situation after a 25-year Air Force career as a hospital administrator.

Thank You Blue

A lot has happened since the last post way back in February.  First, I came out of retirement. After traveling the world, making handmade greeting cards, selling fabulous skin care (yes, I still it and use it as well), designing custom invitations and party supplies, I wore myself thin and decided to go back to my dream job of Medical Logistics.

I just want to show you that the love of card making NEVER leaves us.  This is just a simple “Thank You” card that I made for a customer who ordered birthday party invitations.

Pals Blog Hop: Time to Sale-A-Brate!

Welcome to the Pals’ February blog hop. We’re so glad you’re here because it’s “Time to Sale-A-Brate”! Our Design Team created projects using Sale-A-Bration items to inspire you. You may be starting the hop here or coming from a previous Pal’s blog. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll find the full line-up below to help you move, or “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

My card for the blog hop features something old and something new. What’s old you ask? The Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack, the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies and the Springtime Impressions Thinklit Die.

The new item is the sentiment from the new Itty Bitty Birthdays Cling Stamp Set from the Occasions catalog. I finished off the butterfly by adding three Rhinestone Basic Jewels. This card will go to my ladies from The Birthday Club.

More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Don’t forget to show us some love by commenting on our creations. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, March 13, 2019 when our Hoppin’ Pals share their “Spring Has Sprung” projects. Don’t miss the fun!
